1. Lead Engineer – Mechanical Design (EPC)
Location: Pune | Experience: 10–15 Years | Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical
This role involves analysing project specifications provided by engineers and clients, designing detailed piping systems and layouts, and performing calculations for pipe sizing, equipment sizing, pressure loss, and heat transfer. The ideal candidate will also document design processes for future reference and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience in Rotating Equipment considered a strong plus.
2. Lead Engineer – Commissioning (EPC)
Location: Barmer | Experience: 10–15 Years | Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Chemical
SOPAN is looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of refinery processes, commissioning procedures, and the ability to interpret P&IDs and PFDs. Experience in mechanical completion, system turnover, and troubleshooting is essential, along with excellent communication skills, HSE regulation knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and commissioning documentation.
3. Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Planning (EPC)
Location: Pune | Experience: 10–15 Years | Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
This position focuses on planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control activities for EPC Oil & Gas projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
4. Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM – Projects (EPC)
Location: Pune | Experience: 15–20 Years | Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical
A senior leadership role for professionals experienced in EPC projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Responsibilities include leading and managing all phases of oil and gas EPC projects from initiation to completion, developing project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budget), and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
5. Sr. Engineer – Projects (EPC)
Location: Pune | Experience: 6–8 Years | Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
Ideal for professionals with experience in Composite EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector, responsible for end-to-end project execution. This role covers engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, budget control, and HSE compliance across pipelines, terminals, refineries, petrochemicals, tank farms, and onshore facilities.
6. Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Estimation (EPC)
Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 3–4 Years | Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Civil / E&I
This role requires experience in EPC Oil & Gas estimation, including BOQ preparation and project estimation with strong engineering and commercial knowledge. Candidates should be skilled in contract review, negotiation, research, and analysis, with a detail-oriented, team-first approach and strong communication skills.
