A senior leadership role overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations across large-scale infrastructure projects. Ideal for seasoned MEP professionals with a strong track record in project delivery and team leadership.
Manage end-to-end HVAC project execution, including planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and on-site quality control. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings is essential.
Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders for MEP and infrastructure projects. Candidates must have deep experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and government/private tendering processes.
Coordinate across MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution from design to handover. Requires strong communication, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination skills in large infrastructure environments.
On-site execution and supervision of electrical works including LT/HT panels, cable laying, earthing, and lighting systems. Fresh-to-mid-career engineers with hands-on site experience are encouraged to apply.
Handle plumbing system installation, supervision, and quality assurance on site. Experience with water supply, drainage systems, and sanitation in large commercial or industrial projects is preferred.
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations. A strong understanding of HR practices in the engineering/construction industry is a major plus.
