How to Write a Winning CV for This Role
1. Lead With Your Power Plant Experience
Clearly mention the name, capacity (MW), and type of power plant(s) you've worked in. JSW is specifically looking for 4×300 MW thermal experience, so make that prominent.
2. List Your OEM & System Expertise
Call out every DCS and PLC brand you've worked with — Honeywell, Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Modicon, ABB — by name. Recruiters often scan for these keywords.
3. Quantify Achievements
Instead of "handled maintenance," write "reduced unplanned downtime by 18% through proactive DCS health monitoring." Numbers make your resume stand out.
4. Highlight SAP Usage
SAP (ERP) proficiency is explicitly mentioned in the job description. Even basic SAP PM module experience deserves a dedicated line in your CV.
