- Chief Resident Engineer & Team Leader: Overall responsibility for the project and liaison with APCRDA, with control over the contractor's deployed staff.

- Planning Manager: Handles project planning and project control.
- Structural Expert: Ensures drawings are sound, feasible, financially optimal and executed as per plan.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures high-quality construction work.
- Quantity Surveyor: Verifies executed works, quantifies materials, and maintains measurement books.
- Environmental/OHS/Social & Labour Manager: Manages environmental sustainability, labour health and safety, and rehabilitation works.
- Site Engineers: Responsible for execution of the infrastructure utilities.
- DLP Manager: Coordinates maintenance of the project during the Defect Liability Period.
