Work Pattern: Rotational shifts (24×7)
1. Shift In-charge (AM/DM) – DI / WTP Operations
Role overview: Run and monitor the DI water and water treatment plant round the clock, ensuring consistent water quality and uninterrupted supply to solar cell production.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Raw Water, UF, RO, EDI, Mixed Bed and DI Water systems
- Maintain DI water quality parameters (resistivity, conductivity, silica, TOC, pH)
- Run shift-wise preventive checks and first-level troubleshooting
- Optimize water recovery and reduce reject generation
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance during breakdowns
- Ensure SOP, safety, PPE and 5S compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in DI/WTP/RO/EDI operations
- Hands-on experience with RO, UF, EDI and DI water systems with SCADA/DCS operation
- Knowledge of water chemistry and shift management experience
- Preferred background: Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Steel, Power Plants
2. Shift In-charge (AM/DM) – ETP / STP Operations
Role overview: Run the Effluent and Sewage Treatment Plants round the clock, ensuring safe chemical handling, compliant treated water and full pollution control adherence.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in ETP/STP operations
- Expertise in wastewater treatment processes and chemical dosing
- Knowledge of environmental/PCB regulations and lab coordination
- Experience with filter press, sludge handling and neutralisation systems
- Team supervision and shift management skills
- Preferred background: Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Steel, Power Plants
3. Shift In-charge (AM/DM) – ZLD / Boiler / MEE / MVRE
Role overview: Operate and monitor the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system (MVRE, Boiler, MEE and ATFD), maximizing water recovery and ensuring safe, compliant and uninterrupted support.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- 5-8 years in ZLD/Boiler/MEE/MVRE projects and O&M
- Hands-on operation of MVRE, MEE, ATFD and Boiler systems
- Knowledge of steam, condensate recovery and chemical/antiscalant dosing
- PCB/environmental compliance, PTW and LOTO awareness
- Team supervision and shift management skills
- Preferred background: Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Steel, Power Plants
