Key Responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer – Technical Training, you will:
- Conduct classroom, practical, simulator-based and onsite electrical training.
- Deliver training on VFD drives, electrical motors, panels, power distribution and control systems.
- Explain electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and control schematics.
- Train personnel on electrical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, maintenance and safety procedures.
- Develop and update technical training modules, presentations and manuals.
- Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records and reports.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Service and HSE teams to identify training requirements.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge of VFDs, electrical motors, panels, power distribution and control systems.
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
