Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for these roles will be responsible for:
- Supervising and executing day-to-day dam construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Monitoring excavation, concreting, earthwork, rock work, grouting, and other dam-related works
- Ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely completion of work
- Monitoring manpower, materials, machinery, and overall site productivity
- Checking quantities, measurements, and maintaining accurate site records and reports
- Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives
- Ensuring compliance with safety requirements and project procedures
Desired Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- Good knowledge of dam construction and execution
- Ability to read drawings and monitor quality and quantities
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- A strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery
- Willingness to work at project sites, including challenging field conditions
