Job Responsibilities
1. MEP Mechanical Engineer (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Lifts & Escalators)
- Supervise HVAC, ventilation, and smoke extraction works
- Handle fire-fighting system installation and execution
- Supervise plumbing, drainage, and water supply works
- Coordinate lift and escalator installation and commissioning
- Review drawings and coordinate with civil and other MEP teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and proper site execution
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover
2. MEP Electrical Engineer (Electrical & ELV)
- Supervise electrical power, lighting, cabling, and earthing works
- Handle electrical panels and power distribution works
- Supervise ELV systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, and Access Control
- Coordinate BMS (Building Management System) and structured cabling works
- Review drawings and coordinate with civil and mechanical teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and proper site execution
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover
