1. Refractory Mason – Blast Furnace Operation
- Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh
- Experience: 6+ Years
- CTC: Best in the Industry (Attractive & Negotiable)
- Industry: Iron & Steel / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out refractory brick lining, repairing, and maintenance in the Blast Furnace
- Ensure proper ramming, gunning, casting, and joint filling as per standard practices
- Inspect lining conditions and report wear and tear regularly
- Perform hot repairs and relining activities during shutdowns
- Work as per safety norms and the permit system
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- ITI / Diploma in Masonry or Refractory
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in BF refractory lining, repairing, and maintenance
- Sound knowledge of refractory materials, lining systems, and installation techniques
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
- Fluency in Telugu is a must
2. Engineer – Blast Furnace Operation
- Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh
- Experience: 3 – 7 Years
- CTC: Best in the Industry (Attractive & Negotiable)
- Industry: Iron & Steel / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control Blast Furnace operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets
- Ensure optimal use of burden materials, fuel, and fluxes
- Analyze process parameters like temperature, pressure, and gas flow levels, and take corrective action
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, refractory, and other departments
- Prepare and analyze daily production and operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement in BF operations
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.E / B.Tech in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- 3 – 7 years of experience in Blast Furnace operations in an integrated steel plant
- Good knowledge of BF process, burden preparation, and tapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Telugu & English is a must
3. Sr. Engineer – Blast Furnace Operation
- Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh
- Experience: 7 – 12 Years
- CTC: Best in the Industry (Attractive & Negotiable)
- Industry: Iron & Steel / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Blast Furnace operations and shutdown activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, hot metal quality, and fuel rate
- Ensure stable BF running with safe and efficient operations
- Analyze trends and deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Mentor engineers and operators, building team capability and performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.E / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in Blast Furnace operations in an integrated steel plant
- Strong knowledge of BF process, refractory, burden, tapping, and troubleshooting
- Leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Telugu & English is a must
