1. Project Engineers / Senior Project Engineers
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work anywhere across India
- Ensure construction quality as per established standards
- Strong knowledge of soil properties and testing methods
- Maintain safety protocols at project sites
- Preferred: experience in RE wall execution and hilly terrain infrastructure projects
2. Project Coordinators
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work anywhere across India
- Conduct construction quality audits and train site engineers
- Strong knowledge of soil properties and testing methods
- Maintain safety at project sites
- Preferred: experience in RE wall execution and hilly terrain infrastructure
- Determine manpower, labour, and equipment resource requirements; manage timely mobilization and productivity
- Handle BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material planning
- Manage client and contractor relationships
