Job Details
- Location: Mumbai / Pune / Remote
- Qualification: Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- Experience: 7–8+ years of experience in Retrofit and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) proposals
Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of WTP (Water Treatment Plants), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants) with ZLD (MEE/ATFD), and STP (Sewage Treatment Plants) technologies such as MBBR, MBR, and SBR
- Hands-on experience preparing techno-commercial proposals, costing, process calculations, and bid documentation for retrofitting, upgradation, and O&M projects
- Ability to conduct site surveys, identify customer pain points, and recommend suitable retrofit or upgradation solutions
- Willingness to travel as required

- Extensive hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of electrical panels, control panels, and field instruments in water treatment projects
- Ensure successful and timely execution of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works on-site, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance
- Skilled in commissioning and calibration of field instruments including pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, level sensors, and control valves
- Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time project delivery
- Willingness to travel across India as required
