Current Job Openings at Recla International
1. Site Engineer (Experience: 3–5 Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor quality, safety, and timely progress of the project
- Prepare daily reports, BOQs, and measurement sheets
- Ensure proper utilization of resources and minimize wastage
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in PEB / Steel Structure projects
- Diploma or BE in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, measurement, and billing
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
2. Project Manager (Experience: 8–15 Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, time, cost, and quality
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and coordinate with all departments, clients, and consultants
- Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structure projects
- BE in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
