About the Role
NCC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager who can independently lead a project from initiation through to successful completion. This is a high-responsibility position suited for professionals who thrive on ownership, coordination, and delivering results in complex infrastructure environments.
Experience Required
- 18 to 25 years of overall professional experience in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
- BE / BTech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 18–25 years of relevant industry experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years mandatory experience specifically in metro or railway projects is required. Candidates without direct metro/railway project exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager
As Project Manager on the K-Ride Project, you will be expected to:
- Independently manage and lead the assigned project from initiation to successful completion.
- Take complete ownership of project planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.
- Ensure effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project performance while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and statutory requirements.
- Proactively resolve project-related issues and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Preferred Criteria
NCC strongly prefers candidates who have previously completed at least one project independently as a Project In-Charge. This is considered a mandatory preference for shortlisting.
