1. Team Leader — 1 Position
- Qualification: B.E. Civil (Post-Graduate preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in civil construction
2. Project Engineer — 4 Positions
- Qualification: B.E. Civil & M.E. Structural / Relevant discipline
- Experience: Minimum 10 years overall, with at least 5+ years in similar large-scale projects
3. Structural Engineer — 2 Positions
- Qualification: B.E. Civil & M.E. (Structural preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in RCC / steel structures
4. Quantity Surveyor — 2 Positions
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma with QS / Cost Management Certification
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in QS and cost management
5. Architect — 2 Positions
- Qualification: B.Arch with CoA Registration
- Experience: Minimum 10 years, including 5+ years in parks / biodiversity projects
6. Electrical & MEP Engineer — 2 Positions
- Qualification: B.E. Electrical / Mechanical
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical & MEP systems
7. Environmental / Biodiversity Specialist — 2 Positions
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Environmental Engineering / Science / Ecology
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in environmental management
8. Social Expert — 2 Positions
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Science
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in social development and community issues
