- B.E./B.Tech: 4 – 7 years of relevant experience
- Diploma: 8 – 12 years of relevant experience
Mandatory Experience
Candidates must have prior hands-on experience working in an Acid Regeneration Plant (ARP), preferably of the Spray Roaster Type, along with working knowledge of the Fluidized Bed Type. Strong exposure to plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M), process control, equipment reliability, and line reliability is essential for this role.

ЁЯЫа️ Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will be expected to:
- Build and promote a strong Safety First culture, working toward the goal of Zero Incidents
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Acid Regeneration Plant
- Apply in-depth knowledge of ARP processes, critical parameters, process control, and line reliability
- Track and improve operational KPIs — energy, gas, consumables, downtime, and process efficiency
- Strengthen equipment reliability and process stabilization through effective O&M practices
- Identify faults, process abnormalities, and equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions
- Plan and coordinate shutdown/SSD activities with maintenance and service teams
- Maintain critical spares and optimum inventory levels for measuring equipment and consumables
- Ensure compliance with GPCB/CPCB environmental norms and implement necessary control measures
- Develop and maintain SOPs, Control Plans, and FMEA documentation
- Conduct RCA, Why-Why Analysis, CAPA, and structured problem-solving for process deviations
- Drive cost-saving, quality improvement, and reliability enhancement projects
- Support ISO 16949:2016 implementation and participate in audits
- Apply continuous improvement tools such as 7 QC Tools, DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, 45001, IATF 16949, BIS, and other applicable standards
- Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRA)
- Mentor and train team members, maintaining training matrices and development plans
- Be flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts
⚙️ Preferable Systems Knowledge
Candidates with the following additional expertise will have an advantage:
- In-depth experience with ARP equipment reliability and process stabilization, especially the Spray Roaster Type
- Knowledge of Fluidized Bed Type Acid Regeneration Plants
- Understanding of PLC interlocks, logic reading, and fault finding
- Awareness of environmental legal compliance related to GPCB/CPCB norms
- Familiarity with international standards such as IS, JIS, EN, DIN, ASTM, ASME, AS, MS, and SNI
- Working knowledge of SAP (PP/MM) for PR/PO generation, material codes, scheduling, and quality-related activities
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, analytical tools, statistical process control (SPC) software, and MS Office applications
