Open Positions at Bhanwariya
1. Tender Executive
The Tender Executive plays a vital role in supporting the organization's bidding operations from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the end-to-end tendering process
- Preparing and compiling tender documents
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth bid submissions
- Tracking tender opportunities and deadlines
- Maintaining accurate tender records and MIS (Management Information Systems)
Experience Required: 1–3 years
2. BD & Tender Manager
This is a leadership role for professionals with strong business acumen and deep tendering expertise. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
- Leading end-to-end tendering and bid management processes
- Coordinating cross-functionally with Engineering, Estimation, Finance, Legal, and Project teams
- Developing techno-commercial proposals
- Building client relationships and driving business growth
Experience Required: 10+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualification B.Tech / BE (Electrical) or MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification
Industry Exposure Candidates with experience in the following sectors will have an advantage:
- RDSS (Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme)
- IPDS (Integrated Power Development Scheme)
- DDUGJY (Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana)
- Transmission and Substation projects
- Railway Electrification
- Solar EPC
- Industrial and Infrastructure Projects
