Technical Skills Required

1. Structural Analysis & FEM A strong understanding of structural analysis is essential, including both hands-on manual calculations and software-based finite element modeling (FEM).
2. Structural Design Software Working knowledge of industry-standard software such as:
- STAAD.Pro
- ETABS
- SAP2000
- MIDAS Civil
3. Materials Knowledge Candidates should understand RCC and structural steel, including material properties, grade selection, durability considerations, mix design, corrosion protection, and failure analysis.
4. Construction & Fabrication Familiarity with reinforced concrete casting, structural steel fabrication, welding, and bolted connections will be an added advantage.
