ЁЯФз Position 1: Design Engineer — Mechanical
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Mechanical (HVAC, PHE & FP) design for international projects
- Familiarity with codes and standards including ASHRAE, ICC, IMC, CIBSE, SMACNA, NFPA, UK Building Regulations, BS, IPC
- Proficiency in cooling & heating load calculation tools such as IES VE, Hevacomp, Trace 3D+, Carrier HAP
⚡ Position 2: Design Engineer — Electrical
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Electrical & ELV design for international projects
- Experience with Lighting Calculations using DIALux, Relux, or equivalent tools, including daylighting calculations
- Power distribution design exposure using Amtech, ETAP, or Electrical OM equivalent
- Knowledge of codes such as BS, NEC, CIBSE, IEC, UK Building Regulations, NBC

Both positions require candidates who are well-rounded in multi-disciplinary coordination. Here's what Neilsoft is looking for in addition to the role-specific skills:
- ✅ Experience in MEPF coordination as well as Architectural & Structural design from an engineering and spatial coordination perspective
- ✅ Hands-on exposure to clash coordination tools like Autodesk Navisworks, BIMTRACK, BIM 360 Issues, or Revizto
- ✅ Project experience across diverse building sectors — Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Hospitals, Parking Spaces, Data Centers, etc.
- ✅ Strong understanding of international design standards and codes
