There are five roles open across Civil and Safety disciplines. All positions are based at Mundra, Gujarat.

| 04 | Safety Officer | B.E / Diploma (Civil) ADIS | Minimum 5 yrs in construction, industrial, refinery, power, or EPC projects. Sound knowledge of EHS regulations, permit-to-work systems, risk assessment, and site safety compliance. |
| 05 | Safety Steward | Diploma (Civil) Industrial Safety | 2–5 yrs in construction safety supervision. Must be familiar with site safety inspections, work permit monitoring, and implementation of EHS practices. |
Role Highlights
Site Engineers (Code 01)
As a Site Engineer at Cemindia, you will be responsible for on-ground execution of RCC structures within Power Plants, Refineries, and allied industrial facilities. You are expected to coordinate with sub-contractors, manage daily site activities, ensure quality compliance, and report progress to senior management. Both B.E and Diploma Civil graduates are welcome — the experience bar varies accordingly.
Site Supervisor (Code 02)
Site Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining workflow discipline on the ground. You will supervise teams executing reinforced concrete construction in industrial settings, ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, and report any deviations promptly. Ideal for Diploma (Civil) professionals who thrive in hands-on, fast-paced environments.
Surveyor (Code 03)
The Surveyor role demands a seasoned professional with at least a decade of field experience. You will conduct topographic surveys, layout marking, and coordinate geometry using modern instruments. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, as you will be expected to interpret and verify drawings against actual ground conditions.
Safety Officer / EHS Officer (Code 04)
Safety Officers at Cemindia oversee all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities on site. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits, issuing work permits, performing risk assessments, training workmen, and ensuring full site safety compliance. The ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) qualification is required alongside a Civil engineering degree or diploma.
Safety Steward (Code 05)
Safety Stewards support the Safety Officer in day-to-day EHS operations — monitoring work permits, conducting toolbox talks, inspecting PPE usage, and ensuring EHS practices are implemented at the workface. This role is ideal for professionals with a diploma in Civil or Industrial Safety wanting to build a career in EHS.
