Role overview: Data Center Design Engineer Lead
As a Lead Design Engineer in the Data Center division, you will be responsible for end-to-end engineering design, from conceptualization to execution, of large-scale data center facilities. This is a senior leadership role that demands both technical depth and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
While the full job description is available via the official application link, candidates for this role are typically expected to handle: design and engineering of data center infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, civil); leading a team of junior engineers and design consultants; managing vendor coordination, BOQ preparation, and project timelines; ensuring compliance with Tier standards (Uptime Institute) and local regulatory requirements; and collaborating with project management and operations teams for seamless handover.
