Eligibility criteria
Experience required
- AGM positions — minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Safety Manager — minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mechanical roles)
- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (electrical roles)
- Any B.E / B.Tech or Diploma with industrial safety background (safety role)
What JSW is looking for
- Hands-on experience in maintenance activities within respective domains
- Familiarity with all mechanical and electrical equipment used in steel plants
- Prior experience in EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) and continuous caster operations
- Willingness to be present and contribute actively during the project phase
- Skills in erection, commissioning, and shutdown activities
