Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks
As a leader in the Mechanical Maintenance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supervision: Overseeing day-to-day mechanical maintenance across specialized equipment including EAF, ZPF, LRF, and VD systems.
Maintenance Strategy: Ensuring the timely execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Problem Solving: Monitoring equipment performance and resolving recurring failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Working closely with operations, utilities, and other departments to minimize production downtime.
Shutdown Planning: Planning and executing critical shutdown maintenance activities in alignment with production schedules.
