Key Responsibilities of Safety SME
As a Safety Subject Matter Expert, you will:
Lead and mentor safety professionals
Deliver safety training and presentations

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
1. Educational Qualification
Engineering Graduate (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
2. Work Experience
15 to 20+ years in corporate or enterprise-level safety roles
Experience in the power sector is an added advantage
Previous roles may include:
Safety Officer
Safety Manager
Head – Safety
HSE Leader
3. Certifications (Preferred)
NEBOSH or equivalent certifications
IOSH / CSP
Industrial Safety Diploma
Postgraduate Safety Qualifications
Equivalent safety certifications
4. Key Skills Required
Strong communication skills
Excellent presentation abilities
