Experience Required: 8-18 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with central design teams and multiple disciplines including Architecture and MEP
- Present structural designs to clients and stakeholders
- Attend external meetings representing the structural design team
- Obtain design approvals from client engineers and regulatory authorities
- Analyze structural components and configurations
- Calculate loads, stresses, and strains due to usage and environmental factors
- Perform dynamic analysis and assess material strength for concrete, steel, and brick structures
- Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, and design documents
- Conduct site inspections and structural integrity assessments
- Develop design strategies to enhance safety and efficiency
- Coordinate with geotechnical engineers for soil investigations
- Use CAD and simulation tools for structural modeling

2. CAD Engineer/Draughtsman
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Create structural detail drawings and Good For Construction (GFC) drawings
- Develop detailed RCC drawings including bar bending schedules (BBS)
- Perform steel detailing for structural components
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with structural engineers and design team members
- Maintain drawing documentation and revisions accurately

- AutoCAD
- Revit
