Job Positions Available
1. Assembly Operator
Qualification Required: ITI - Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
The ideal candidate should be proficient in aircraft assembly operations including drilling, reaming, riveting, and fasteners installation. Strong ability to read engineering drawings and hands-on experience with hand tools, cutting tools, and aircraft assembly processes is essential. Knowledge of aircraft fasteners, aero dynamics, and basic aircraft structures is highly preferred.
2. CNC Machine / Grinder / Gear Hobbing Operator
Qualification Required: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Looking for skilled operators with experience in operating 3, 4, 5, 7 axis CNC machines, grinders, and gear hobbing machines. Familiarity with equipment from EMAG, Danabot, Mazak, WFL, Starrag, Doosan (Mill-Turns equipped with Siemens and Mazatrol controllers) is required.
3. Special Process Operator
Candidates should be proficient in special processes such as vacuum heat treatment, thermal spray coating, EBW, brazing, sandblasting, shot peening, painting, paint striping, and compaction.
4. CMM / Manual / NDT Inspector
Qualification Required: Diploma / B.Tech
Experience: 5 to 15 years
The role requires proficiency in CMM operations, preferably with Zeiss (Calypso) or Hexagon (PC-DMIS). Candidates should have experience with conventional instruments handling, GD&T, NC management, MPI/FPI/Radiography inspection, and technique development. Knowledge of OJT as per NAS410 requirements and NDT Level 2 certification (as per NAS 410) is preferable.
5. Methods / Process Engineer
Qualification Required: Diploma / B.Tech
Experience: 5 to 15 years
Looking for professionals skilled in process sheet creation, raw material estimation, APQP creation, and tool order creation. Experience with AutoCAD, Catia, SAP, aerospace material, GD&T, heat treatment, and preparation of make or buy decisions is essential. Cost estimation capabilities for RFQ parts are required.
6. NC Programmer - Machine Shop
Candidates should have experience in NC programming using Catia, NX, Vericut, along with knowledge of raw material estimation and APQP document creation. Understanding of cutting tools, parameters, multi-axis machining (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis), turning, VTL, aerospace material, and GD&T is crucial.
