  • Highlight design or Bill of Quantities mismatches or feasibility issues to QA/QC Engineers

    • MMS (Ramming/PCC, structure alignment, module mounting)
    • Trenching, conduit laying, and cable pulling
    • Inverter, LT panel, and earthing system installation

Quality & Compliance

Quality assurance is paramount in this role:

  • Execute and verify QA checklists shared by QA/QC Engineer
  • Perform visual inspections of workmanship including torquing, cabling, and terminations
  • Ensure adherence to line levels, structure tolerances, and cable dressing standards
  • Identify execution deviations or substandard work and raise flags to QA/QC engineer

Site Safety & Coordination

  • Ensure all laborers use PPE and follow safety protocols for trenching and electrical work
  • Report any near misses, unsafe behavior, or unapproved materials to QA/QC
  • Coordinate with Installation, Erection, and Commissioning contractor for material unloading, handling, and storage

Daily Reporting

  • Submit daily activity report to QA/QC Engineer
  • Include status of completed tasks, manpower deployed, and material used

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical

Experience Required

Technical Skills

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and implement them on-site
