NCC is seeking a highly experienced Project Head to lead major civil infrastructure projects in Bangalore. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with:
- ✅ Educational Qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- ✅ Experience: Over 20 years in civil infrastructure, with at least 10 years in Metro or Railway projects
- ✅ Expertise: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects independently, lead multidisciplinary teams, and oversee end-to-end execution

📝 Assistant/Senior Engineer – Contracts & Claims
Join NCC’s dynamic Contracts & Claims team as an Assistant or Senior Engineer. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong legal and technical background in contract management.
🔍 Eligibility Criteria:
- 🎓 Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- PG Diploma from NICMAR (Preferred)
- LLB (Preferred)
- 📊 Experience: 4–10 years in Contracts & Claims
- 📚 Knowledge: Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Indian Contract Act
📍 Locations:
- Head Office – Hyderabad
- Regional Offices – Lucknow & Mumbai
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Contracts Management:
- Drafting contractual correspondence and EOT applications
- Delay analysis and clause interpretation
- Final bill review
Claims Management:
- Preparing variation and prolongation claims
- Drafting pleadings for arbitration
- Supporting legal teams in applications under Sections 34 & 37 of A&C Act
