🎓 Key Responsibilities & Skills Required

For Project Manager Role:

• Deep understanding of 765kV substation interfaces including civil, structural, and electrical aspects during construction
• Effectively manage subcontractors and vendors while coordinating multiple work fronts with focus on Quality & Safety
• Expertise in estimating Civil & Electrical works costs with ability to create accurate budgets (ZBC, AOP & CTC)
• Skilled in schedule assessment, forecasting, Risk Assessment, and Client handling
• Efficient stakeholder management and team leadership skills
• Pro-active approach with high degree of integrity
• Strong understanding of contracts with clients and vendors

For Project Planning Manager Role:

• Preparation of Substation Project Schedules using MS Projects/Primavera with Gantt Charts & Critical Paths
• Project Monitoring & Co-ordination with cross-functional departments
• Progress tracking, forecasting, trend analysis, and resource planning
• Preparation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Zero Budget Costing (ZBC), and Cost To Completion
• Publishing DPR, MPR, Cash flow analysis, and Catch-up plans
• Project Documentation maintenance and input provision
• Preparation of Amendments and Time Extensions
• Hands-on knowledge in SAP for PR creation and monitoring

For Civil Execution Manager Role:

• Familiarity with GIS/AIS substations up to 765kV voltage level
• Expertise in various construction techniques for Substation construction
• Coordinating contractors, managing manpower, and pro-active day-to-day planning
• Material requirement planning as per 3-month rolling plans
• Site works measurement, quantity calculations, and JMC certification
• Maintaining Quality and Safety at work place

For Planning Manager - RO Role:

• Project Schedules preparation using MS Projects/Primavera with Critical Paths
• Multiple Project Monitoring & Co-ordination to support site teams
• Progress tracking, forecasting, and proactive risk highlighting
• Preparation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Zero Budget Costing (ZBC), CTC
• Publishing Monthly Progress reports, Cash flow analysis, and MDL
• Project Documentation and Extension preparation
