Under this recruitment process, teachers will be appointed on more than 90,000 posts. According to the state Education Minister Sunil Kumar, about 22,000 vacant posts of TRE 3.0 have also been included this time.
Application dates and exam schedule
The application process for this recruitment will start from 20 June 2025 and will run till 5 July 2025. The exam will be conducted in August 2025 and the result is likely to be declared by September.
TRE 4.0 exam will be difficult
This time the exam is being made more challenging than the previous stages. Especially the Hindi and English question papers will be made difficult so that the language ability and writing proficiency of the candidates can be tested.
Educational Qualification – Class wise
Class 1–5: 12th pass + DElEd + CTET-1/BTET-1
Class 6–8: Graduation + DElEd/B.Ed + CTET-2/BTET-2
Class 9–10: Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed + STET-1
Class 11–12: Post Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed +

Status of vacant posts
At present, about 5.65 lakh teachers are working in the state, while the requirement is about 7 lakh teachers. Even after this recruitment, it is estimated that 60,000 posts will remain vacant.
