🔍 Role Overview: Lead – Rewards & Performance
This is your opportunity to lead from the front and work closely with senior leadership to design and implement impactful reward systems. As the Lead – Rewards & Performance, you will:
- Develop Total Rewards Strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive Performance Management Cycles and appraisal frameworks
- Design LTIP/STIP Programs to attract and retain top talent
- Create Leadership Scorecards and deliver board-level insights
🎓 Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a high-performing HR leader who brings:
- 5–7 years of experience in rewards, performance, or HR strategy
- A degree from a premier B-school
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Working knowledge of Indian tax laws related to compensation
