 Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Process employee code creation new hires, Leaves, separations, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events for India and the Rest of Asia regions.
  • Resolving the HR requests/cases in ServiceNow by adhering to the HR SOPs/process steps.
  • Process pay changes, including promotions/demotions ad hoc wage/salary changes, and global mobility transactions.
  • Share the inputs with the payroll team for any payroll-related transactions.
  • Support in Annual pay planning by coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Review process-related documentation and update the concerned team. 
  • Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately.
  • Resolve errors related to job or employee information.
  • Conduct data quality reviews, and monitor and correct processing errors. 
  • Process Global Mobility Cost Projections.
  • Coordinate data entry into third-party systems where not automated. 
  • Maintain employee files and records to meet recordkeeping requirements. 
  • Will be working on various processes and domains across different geographies. 
  • Assist in testing HRIS/HRMS upgrades and new system functionality. 
  • May cross-train in other areas and “fill in” for administrative responsibilities during temporary absences or during periods of heavy workload.
  • Assist team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs and positions, and compensation and pay administration.
  • Communicate questions, concerns, or issues, and suggest resolutions to the team lead.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate.
  • Minimum one to two (1-2) years of professional HR experience, with a focus on HR data administration on Success factors is preferred.
  • Experience working in shared services environment desirable.
  • Experience working with solution center technology (e.g., case management) or HR systems and work intake systems like ServiceNow will be preferable.
  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to focus on customer service. 
  • Experience working with customers across different geographies will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to practice good judgment and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; acts in an honest and professional manner. 
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems or other relevant applications. 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
